Jebel Ali Beach

Jebel Ali Beach is a prominent coastal area in Dubai, designed to significantly expand the city’s beachfront as part of the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan. Situated within the Jebel Ali Wildlife Sanctuary, it will become Dubai’s longest public open beach, featuring a unique ecosystem supported by preserved mangrove trees.

The beach offers a 2 km swimmable zone and a 2.5 km diving sports area, complemented by various recreational and service facilities. Infrastructure includes a two-lane road, parking for 1,000 vehicles, 80 bicycle racks, a dedicated cycling track, and a 5 km running track, promoting active outdoor lifestyles.

Jebel Ali Beach is divided into three main zones: The Pearl, a family-friendly hub with sports, dining options, and a floating restaurant; The Sanctuary, focused on conservation with turtle habitats and recreational activities; and The Nest, an educational center within the mangroves featuring environmental programs and turtle rehabilitation.

The architectural design incorporates locally sourced materials and draws inspiration from marine life and Boho style, emphasizing eco-tourism and environmental preservation. This development highlights Dubai’s commitment to sustainable tourism and natural habitat protection.
