Dubai International Financial Centre

Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) is a prominent 110-acre financial district situated between Burj Khalifa and Emirates Towers. It is divided into three interconnected zones: commercial, retail, and residential, linked by a vibrant retail corridor.

Approximately 60% of the planned properties in DIFC have been completed, with the remainder under development. The area is primarily composed of commercial buildings, reflecting its status as Dubai’s financial hub. Residential space accounts for about 30% of the land, with notable developments such as the twin 49-storey Park Towers offering luxury apartments with panoramic views of iconic landmarks.

DIFC benefits from excellent connectivity, with easy access to Dubai International Airport, Downtown Dubai, and Business Bay via road and rail, all within a 20-minute drive or a 25-minute train ride. In 2019, plans were announced to expand DIFC by 13 million square feet, known as DIFC 2.0.

In 2020, the Dubai Future District was launched, linking DIFC with the Dubai World Trade Center and Emirates Towers to foster innovation and the new economy. This district aims to be the Middle East’s largest future economy hub, featuring research centers, incubators, and spaces for pioneering businesses.
