Its 187 units are contained within this single planned structure. Jumeirah Lakes Towers is home to the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre free zone, which is integral to the district’s residential and commercial character. The district’s lakes, central park, promenades, residential towers, offices, retail and hotels create a mixed-use environment. Public-realm works in the area include lake and lake-wall improvements, water-quality works, landscape enhancements, road connections with Jumeirah Islands and expanded visitor parking.
