Riverton House is presented as a boutique residential development with contemporary urban design and a connection to its natural surroundings. The lobby is specified with porcelain floors, textured walls, selected art pieces, lounge areas and an integrated co-working nook. Its interior palette combines soft neutral tones and gentle greens. Living spaces are planned with high ceilings, generous glazing and integrated lighting. Porcelain flooring is specified for the living rooms, which lead to spacious balconies. The residences also include built-in wardrobes. Kitchens are described with concealed storage and natural light, while bathrooms feature soft textures, warm finishes, sculpted surfaces and ambient lighting.

Resident amenities

The amenity programme includes a Club Lounge with billiard and chess tables, alongside a Supper Club designed as a dining and gathering space. The Supper Club includes porcelain floors, sculptural dining tables, lounge chairs, an island with barstool seating and floor-to-ceiling lagoon views. An infinity pool faces the community lagoon and includes sunbeds and a baja shelf. Wellness and exercise facilities comprise a yoga studio, an outdoor floating yoga deck, a fitness studio, a climbing wall, an outdoor workout terrace and a wellness room. The fitness studio is planned with a training zone and eco-conscious equipment. Residents will also have an outdoor dining area, in-house barbecue facilities and communal seating.

Riverton House includes a children’s play area, splash zone, 24-hour crèche, changing rooms and child-safe flooring. The play area draws on desert dune forms and camel racetrack references, with interactive play elements for children. The crèche operates on a 24-hour basis. The project’s shared spaces also include the Club Lounge, Supper Club and co-working nook in the lobby. The outdoor dining area is planned for shared meals and includes an in-house barbecue.
