The city emphasizes sustainability, featuring a 200-megawatt renewable energy plant that supplies 40% of its electricity needs. Additionally, it produces 40,000 gallons of drinking water daily. All buildings are equipped with solar panels, and the community includes a waste recycling facility and eco-friendly construction practices.
Designed to significantly reduce environmental impact, Desert Rose City aims to lower its carbon footprint by 300,000 tonnes annually, making it a pioneering eco-conscious urban development in Dubai.
