DIFC Living is a Dubai developer founded in 2012, with its projects on our site concentrated in Dubai International Financial Centre, Eden House DIFC and the DIFC Zabeel District. The current selection places the company’s residential work within closely connected central districts rather than across multiple outer communities. Its schemes range from an individual tower concept to branded private residences and a multi-title residential cluster in Zabeel. That mix matters when comparing a purchase: the address is only one part of the proposition, while the project title, development stage and asking entry point set the immediate context for each home.
Dubai International Financial Centre contains both an established residential project and a further tower under construction. Eden House DIFC is represented by a private-residences scheme at a different price level. In the DIFC Zabeel District, three related residential titles require particular attention to the exact tower or project wording used in booking and sale documents. Buyers should therefore approach each scheme as its own development rather than treating similar district names as interchangeable.
The stated future handover date within the current selection is Q3 2029 for DIFC Heights Tower. This is the programme date to use when considering that tower’s purchase documentation and payment schedule. Other projects in the selection are presented without a stated handover date, so a buyer should obtain the relevant contractual timetable for the specific residence being considered. A project’s sales phase, construction position and contractual completion provisions are separate points and should be read together.
In Dubai International Financial Centre, DIFC Living is under construction with prices from AED 1 500 000. Its companion tower, DIFC Heights Tower, is also under construction, starts from AED 2 400 000 and carries the stated Q3 2029 handover. The distinction is therefore not simply the shared district: the two titles have separate starting prices and the latter has a stated delivery point.
Eden House DIFC has Four Seasons Private Residences DIFC, with prices from AED 19 000 000. In the DIFC Zabeel District, the project names need to be read in full. The Residences DIFC Zabeel and The Residences DIFC Zabeel Tower 1 are under construction and each starts from AED 2 600 000. The Residences by DIFC is a separate title in the same district.
For the Zabeel schemes, match the full project and tower title in the reservation, sale agreement and payment paperwork. For the two under-construction DIFC projects, check the construction status shown for that exact development and the applicable handover terms. Confirm that the selling company in the documents matches the developer recorded for that project in the DLD registry.
A stated amount from a development is an entry point, not a description of every residence within it. The selected unit’s size, layout, level, orientation, included features and payment terms should be identified in the sales documents. This makes it possible to compare a particular home with another offering without assuming that similarly titled schemes have matching specifications.
A district can contain several separate developments whose titles share common words. The booking form should identify the exact scheme, and where relevant the exact tower, rather than relying on a shortened verbal description. The project reference should remain consistent across the reservation, payment schedule, sale agreement and any correspondence from the selling company.
Review the purchaser and seller details, the property description, payment milestones, completion provisions and conditions governing changes to the unit or timetable. The agreement should make clear which development the home belongs to and which obligations apply to that purchase. Keep the project identifier consistent with the supporting registration and sales paperwork throughout the transaction.
Read the contractual completion wording alongside the payment schedule and the unit’s development reference. A stated programme date is not a substitute for reviewing the terms that govern possession, notices and any conditions attached to completion. Comparison works most clearly when each document relates to the same project title and the same selected residence.
