Bold Living Developer

Developer profile and Dubai footprint

Bold Living Developer is a Dubai developer registered with DLD under No. 2381, with 1 project in the DLD registry and activity across 1 community, including Madinat Al Mataar, as of 14.10.2026. Founded in 2025, it operates through BOLD LIVING REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT L.L.C. Its move into property development followed work in furniture production, tailored interior creation and real-estate design. The current focus is residential development. The DLD entry contains no completed projects, and March 2028 is the latest scheduled handover for construction activity. This transition brings furnishing, interior specification and property design into a developer role rather than treating them as separate consumer services. For purchasers, the company’s development history is distinct from the furniture and interior work that preceded its Dubai residential activity.

Projects on our site

On our site, The Collective is in Dubai South Residential District, offers 94 units and is under construction, with handover planned for Q1 2028. It marks the developer’s move from furnishing and interior work toward delivering a complete residential building, giving this address a different role from those earlier business lines. The scheme is a residential purchase with a future handover rather than a ready-to-move option. That distinction matters when reading booking and sale papers: they should describe the selected home, contractual delivery terms and included items. Within the scheme, the stated unit total applies to the development as a whole rather than defining any individual residence. Buyers can therefore assess each home through its own plan, specification and sale documentation.

What to check before buying

Before signing, check that the sale documents identify the selected home, its floor plan, inclusions and handover terms. Confirm that the selling company shown in those documents matches the developer recorded for that project in the DLD registry.
