How to verify any Dubai agency — including us

1

Agency licence (ORN)

Look the company up by name or ORN in the Dubai REST app or on the Dubai Land Department website.

2

Broker licence (BRN)

The agent handling your deal must hold a valid broker card. An expired BRN is a reason to stop, even if the agency itself is fine.

3

Deal paperwork

Viewings and offers are documented with RERA forms (Form B, Form F). Verbal promises mean nothing in Dubai.

4

Money

Off-plan payments go only to the project’s DLD-registered escrow account. Transfers to personal accounts “to reserve a unit” are the main fraud pattern.

Russian-language service

Search, negotiations, contract review and post-sale support are available in Russian. Legally binding documents in the UAE are in English and Arabic — we walk through every clause before signing. The team of 24 works in Russian and English: meet the team.

Data instead of promises

What sets us apart is open analytics built on Dubai Land Department data: a base of 4,600+ Dubai projects with real transactions, service charges by building, area statistics and an ROI calculator using registry data. Any number our broker quotes can be checked against these pages.

FAQ

Are there many Russian-speaking agencies in Dubai?
Yes. Choose by verifiability, not language: valid ORN and BRN, real transactions, transparent maths. Language is convenience; the licence is safety.
Will the contract be in Russian?
No — UAE documents are legally binding in English and Arabic. We translate and explain every clause before you sign.
What if something goes wrong?
Write directly to the CEO — the email and form are on the CEO page — or use the complaints procedure: acknowledgement within 1 business day, a substantive answer within 5.
