The project combines residential accommodation with integrated home technology, water and air systems, and shared leisure facilities. Its design includes two amenity floors, while the rooftop infinity pool forms part of the outdoor recreational offering. The project is located in JVT District 1, a residential district within Jumeirah Village Triangle.
Homes at Treppan Tower are specified with AI-enabled smart-home systems. Residents can use the Treppan Living App to control lights, temperature and security systems, while smart temperature controls are included within the home-automation offering.
