Riviera Rêve comprises three residential towers, while the registered project contains 455 units across four buildings. Architecture and residence finishes

The three Riviera Rêve towers are designed with architectural references to the movement of water across the lagoon. Solar panels and vertical greenery are incorporated into the towers. Each tower has a separate entrance and a designated drop-off area, with direct access to a walkway leading towards the retail outlets and crystal lagoon. The rooftop infinity-pool setting includes a seven-foot cascading wall. The residences are designed with open floor plans and floor-to-ceiling balcony windows that can be fully opened. Interior specifications described for Riviera include premium wood joinery, bespoke integrated lighting, Italian marble flooring, calacatta marble flooring, 2.3-metre veneered doors, wall sconces and an innovative smart security system.

Riviera Rêve has direct access to the crystal lagoon and retail outlets. The wider Riviera community includes a French-Riviera-inspired boulevard with boutique shops, retail outlets, cafés and restaurants. Riviera contains more than 16,000 residential apartments and 1,000 freehold retail outlets, including cafés, restaurants, boutiques, shops and convenience stores. Resident amenities include a clubhouse, an indoor home theatre, indoor and outdoor playgrounds, premium laundry service and automatic carwash service. Landscaped walk-in areas and greenery are incorporated throughout Riviera. The project has a total area of 44,823.84 and 455 registered units. As an active project with a recorded completion ratio, Riviera Rêve remains in its construction phase.

Azizi Developments is the developer of Azizi Riviera Rêve and of the wider Azizi Riviera community. The company was founded in 2004. Azizi Riviera is one of its developments in the Meydan and Mohammed Bin Rashid City area, where the community is being delivered in phases. The Riviera masterplan combines residential buildings with retail, leisure, hospitality and business components. Riviera Rêve is positioned within this established master development, with its three residential towers connected to the community’s crystal lagoon, boulevard and retail areas.
