Bureau Lamar is a waterfront mixed-use development situated in Business Bay, Dubai. This project integrates office spaces, a hotel, retail outlets, and cultural elements within a single plot, emphasizing sustainability and smart building technologies.
The development aims for LEED Platinum certification, featuring advanced IT infrastructure and environmentally conscious design. It includes seven distinct office buildings, each with unique architectural and interior styles. Each office floor spans 12,000 sq ft, dedicated exclusively to single tenants, ensuring privacy and exclusivity. Offices offer panoramic canal views and approximately 13-foot ceiling heights.
The on-site hotel comprises 70 rooms and around 33,000 sq ft of amenities, including a large spa, modern gym, multiple dining options, a rooftop bar, and an infinity pool. Retail and food and beverage spaces cater to both occupants and visitors, enhancing the community atmosphere.
Extensive landscaped gardens and public spaces are integrated throughout the master plan, providing generous outdoor areas. The project is currently in the concept phase, with architectural designs under consideration through a competition among leading European firms.
