Dubai Square Mall is a major new development located within Dubai Creek Harbour, designed to be a vibrant urban district spanning 2.6 square kilometers. Positioned near the iconic Dubai Creek Tower, this area combines residential, retail, entertainment, and hospitality elements to create a dynamic city atmosphere.
The district will feature over 750,000 square meters of retail space, equivalent to around 100 football pitches, offering an extensive variety of shopping and entertainment options. Inspired by renowned global shopping streets such as Oxford Street and the Champs-Élysées, Dubai Square Mall aims to provide seamless indoor-outdoor spaces with avenues, plazas, and town squares for socializing and leisure.
Dubai Square will include more than 9,000 residential units and over 1,500 hotel rooms, supporting a lively community and visitor presence. The development is planned in phases, with two-thirds of the retail space completed in the first phase, ensuring a substantial offering from the outset.
