Centurion Properties

Centurion Properties registers a separate company with the DLD for every project. Five are in the registry, under developer numbers 2074, 2075, 2135, 2213 and 2234: Flora Isle Real Estate Development, The Circuit Real Estate Development, Sola Residences Real Estate Development, Centurion Capital One Properties and Centurion Star Developers. All five projects are active and none is finished. Capital One in Motor City holds 257 units and completes on 9 February 2027; Sola Residences, 260 units, on 15 September 2027; Flora Isle on Dubai Islands, 251 units, on 18 January 2028; Capital One in Jumeirah Village Circle, 128 units, on 8 July 2028; Burj Capital in Business Bay, 296 units, on 22 December 2028. That is 1,192 units in total.
