The buildings share a podium arranged across two basement levels, ground level, two podium levels and a roof level. The development is designed with a concrete structure, blockwork, and internal and external finishes. The project has 575 units in total. Contemporary interiors are part of the project’s residential design, alongside living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens and modular bathrooms presented within the development’s design material.
The amenity programme includes a swimming pool with an aqua gym and anti-current machine, as well as a sky deck with panoramic views. Residents have access to a modern beauty salon, smart business centre, yoga centre, fitness centre, jogging track and premium paddle tennis court.
