Dubai Maritime City setting

Dubai Maritime City occupies a purpose-built peninsula between Port Rashid and Dubai Dry Docks. The district was launched in 2004 and developed through staged reclamation. The Commercial Precinct is planned to include retail, residential space, offices and a promenade.
