Beyond Developments has also launched Soulever in Dubai Maritime City as an AED 3 billion development comprising two towers. 31 Above by Beyond was launched in Dubai Maritime City as the company’s first commercial-sector development. Kanyon was launched in The Forest District at Dubai Maritime City. The developer’s named developments also include Kamellia by Beyond, Arancia Yards and Jumeirah Peninsula Bay.
