Contemporary 2BR apartments range from 792 to 902 sq ft, and Executive 2BR Residences range from 976 to 1,146 sq ft. Executive 3BR Residences range from 1,246 to 1,354 sq ft. A Deluxe Studio is listed at 1,454 sq ft. The apartment count comprises 448 studios, 80 one-bedroom apartments, 64 two-bedroom apartments and 24 three-bedroom apartments.

Amenities and resident facilities

Ashley Hills includes a grand park measuring more than 25,000 sq ft, together with a jogging and walking track, kids’ play area, rest areas and workout areas. There are two temperature-controlled sky beach-style swimming pools, each measuring 30 metres by 9 metres. The development also has two fitness centres equipped with Technogym equipment, each exceeding 3,000 sq ft. Residents have access to two lobby lounges and a 24-hour concierge service.
