About the project

One Sky Park is a two-tower residential development by Iman Developers in JVC District 15, Jumeirah Village Circle. The project combines residences, retail space and amenity areas across the ground floor, first floor and rooftop levels. It is active, with a recorded construction completion ratio of 9.04% on 30 April 2026 and a completion date of 30 March 2028.

Two towers linked by a sky bridge

One Sky Park comprises two residential towers designed with curved façades and linked by a sky bridge. Tower B rises to 37 floors and includes penthouses, while the project layout also identifies duplex penthouses on the 23rd and 24th floors. The development is planned as basement, ground floor, four podium floors and residential levels, with Tower A including amenities on its 26th-floor sky deck. The ground floor includes the main entrance lobby, lift lobby, showroom and retail shops. Basement and podium areas provide parking and lift-lobby space. The project is described as the first branded skyscraper in Jumeirah Village Circle and has 582 units across its two buildings.

Interiors and residential features

One Sky Park features interiors by Versace Ceramics. The interior concept includes living areas, kitchens and dining areas with branded appliances, master bedrooms and master bathrooms. A double-height lobby forms part of the arrival experience, alongside a lobby lounge, reception and lift lobby. Tower B is the taller of the two towers and is crowned by penthouses. The development includes residential buildings constructed with a concrete structure, blockwork, and internal and external finishes. Retail shops and a showroom are positioned at ground level, separating these uses from the project’s residential and amenity spaces.

Amenity decks, pools and social spaces

The project allocates 35,000 square feet to its first-floor outdoor amenities deck, 19,000 square feet to the rooftop sky deck and 15,000 square feet to indoor amenities, for a total amenity area of approximately 70,000 square feet. Facilities include a 35-metre infinity pool, pool and Zen zone, beach-edge pool, children’s pool and splash pad. The rooftop includes the Skyfit gym, sauna and steam rooms, ice rooms, changing rooms, a multipurpose hall, dining area, lounge coffee bar, lounge kitchen, barbecue area, rooftop dining area, jacuzzi, fire-pit lounge, outdoor cinema, Zen garden and rooftop grass zone. A games zone includes a pool table, foosball table, arcade zone, gaming console station, air hockey and virtual reality golf.

Fitness, recreation and parking

Outdoor activity facilities include a jungle gym, basketball court, skate park, yoga deck, padel tennis court, jogging track and outdoor children’s playground. The first-floor deck also includes an indoor children’s play area, multipurpose lounge, library wall, working station, coffee bar, lounge seating, cabanas, hammock park, outdoor shower, sun-lounger area, baja shelf and leisure seating. Parking provision includes underground parking, retail parking, bicycle parking, EV charging stations and parking for people of determination. The project also includes lift lobbies at basement, podium and ground-floor levels. These facilities are distributed between the ground floor, the first-floor deck and rooftop areas rather than concentrated in a single amenity level.

JVC District 15 location

One Sky Park is located in JVC District 15 within Jumeirah Village Circle. Al Nakhla Park is 0.3 km away, while JVT District 8 Park and Harmel Park are each 0.4 km away. Reel Cinemas at The Springs Souk is 1.2 km away and Cinepolis at Circle Mall is 2.2 km away. Montgomerie Golf Course is 2.4 km away, followed by The Els Golf Club at 2.7 km and Jumeirah Golf Estates Golf Course at 3.9 km. Dubai Miracle Garden is 4.8 km away, Marina Walk is 5.9 km away and The Walk JBR is 6.7 km away. The development is planned on plot 6817380 in JVC, Dubai, as two residential buildings with basement, ground floor, four podium floors and towers rising to 26 and 37 levels. Tower B is identified as the 37-floor tower. Iman Developers is the developer of One Sky Park and was founded in 2016. Its named earlier projects include Oxford Residences, Oxford Villas, Oxford Boulevard, Oxford 212, Oxford Terraces, The Grove, Oxford Gardens, 10 Oxford, Gardens 2 and One Park Central.
