The building’s commercial designation distinguishes Me Do Re Business from JLT’s residential towers and serviced-residence developments. The planned building includes dedicated basement and upper-basement levels below the ground floor and the 39-floor tower element above it. A mechanical floor, roof and upper roof form part of the approved building configuration. The total project area is recorded as 39,639.12.

The JLT district setting

Jumeirah Lakes Towers is a mixed-use waterfront district immediately behind Dubai Marina. It combines residential towers, commercial premises, hotels, retail and landscaped public spaces around three artificial lakes and a central park. The district comprises 87 tower blocks across 23 clusters, with high-rise buildings forming its predominant urban character. Lakeside promenades and the central park provide walking, jogging and cycling routes, while ground-floor retail, dining and office uses contribute to daily activity across the district. JLT is also home to the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre free zone, which has more than 21,000 companies across a range of sectors.

Transport and surrounding connections

Jumeirah Lakes Towers is served by the Dubai Metro Red Line, with station R36 identified as the nearest metro station. Pedestrian promenades and local roads connect the district with Dubai Marina and other nearby areas. The district’s waterfront layout centres on its three lakes and central park, and its tower clusters contain a combination of office, residential, hotel and retail premises. Dubai Marina is listed among the nearby destinations from JLT, alongside Palm Jumeirah, JBR Beach, Mall of the Emirates, Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, Expo City Dubai and Dubai International Airport.

Developer and master-planned district

Me Do Re Properties Dmcc is the developer of Me Do Re Business. The project is located within Jumeirah Lakes Towers, where Dubai Multi Commodities Centre is the master developer. JLT was established in 2002 and has developed as a high-density district of towers arranged along lakeside promenades. District public-realm works include lake and lake-wall improvements, water-quality works, landscape enhancements, road connections with Jumeirah Islands and expanded visitor parking. Recreational-facility upgrades and new sports infrastructure have also been announced for the wider district.
