D3 Creative Community is a vibrant development within Dubai Design District, dedicated to fostering arts and crafts. Spanning one million square feet, the area features a distinctive design of interconnected cube-shaped units, providing flexible spaces for creative professionals.
Designed by a renowned architectural firm, the community is planned to accommodate over 6,000 designers, artists, and craftspeople. It offers a mix of workshops, galleries, and boutique retail spaces, creating a dynamic environment for creativity and commerce.
Inspired by notable international design hubs, the community aims to cultivate a lively atmosphere with a year-round calendar of events celebrating local talent. This initiative supports both the creative industry and attracts visitors to the district.
The first phase of construction was scheduled for completion in 2016, with the entire development expected to be finalized by 2018, establishing D3 Creative Community as a key destination for Dubai’s creative sector.
