Vista Lux in Damac Hills 2, Dubai
Vista Lux is a gated sub-community located within Damac Hills 2, positioned near Jebel Ali – Lehbab Road (E77) in Dubai. This area was initially designed as a waterfront retail and leisure district featuring low-rise buildings encircling a lake with fountains and waterfalls.
The community planned to offer shops and restaurants at ground level, opening onto a palm-lined promenade. Transportation options within Vista Lux included access by abra and monorail, enhancing connectivity for residents and visitors.
However, in 2021, the original plans for Vista Lux were revised. The development shifted focus from retail and leisure facilities to creating a boating lake, a lazy river, and a man-made beach, emphasizing water-based recreational amenities within the community.
