It may suit advisers, family offices, lawyers, accountants, banks, concierge services, networks and past clients.\n\n- 30% of our commission\n- Written partner agreement\n- Paid after completion and our commission receipt\n- Free to join, with no minimum\n\n### Co-broking for licensed brokers\n\nThis route is for DLD / RERA licensed brokerages and brokers with an office ORN and broker BRN.\n\n- Each brokerage keeps 100% from its own client\n- One-sided commission split agreed in Form I\n- Form I signed before viewing or sharing client details\n\n## How the programme works\n\n1. Step 1 Apply through this page Apply using the form below. We reply and check identity or company documents, and for licensed brokers the ORN and BRN.\n2. Step 2 Sign the right agreement Introducers sign a written partner agreement covering the reward rate, payment terms and confidentiality. Licensed brokers sign Form I for each transaction instead.\n3. Step 3 Make a consented introduction Introduce a client who has agreed that you may pass their contact details to Continental Club. We confirm each introduction in writing and tell you then if the client is already working with us.\n4. Step 4 We handle the brokerage work Our licensed broker manages property selection, viewings, negotiation, client identity checks, contracts and registration with the Dubai Land Department. An introducer does not carry out brokerage activities.\n5. Step 5 Receive payment under the agreement Payment is due only when the transaction has completed and Continental Club has received its commission. The agreement sets the payment timing.\n\n## Illustrative referral commission calculation\n\nFor a resale apartment priced at AED 2,000,000, our commission is 2% of the price, which is AED 40,000 (VAT excluded). The partner receives 30%, which is AED 12,000.\n\nThis is an illustrative calculation only, and the actual rate is the one in your partner agreement. On off-plan purchases, our commission is paid by the developer and differs by project.\n\n## Important programme rules\n\nThese rules explain the limits of the introducer route and the compliance requirements that apply.\n\n### Introducers do not provide brokerage services\n\nThe partner only introduces the client. The partner does not show properties, negotiate prices or terms, accept money or documents from the client, or sign anything on our behalf. In Dubai, these are brokerage activities that only licensed brokers may carry out under Dubai real estate brokers regulation.\n\n### The agreement sets the referral fee\n\nThe reward is paid only under a written agreement between Continental Club and the partner. Its size is set by that agreement.\n\n### Clients must consent to contact sharing\n\nClient contact details are passed to us only with that client's consent under UAE personal data protection law.\n\n### We complete client checks\n\nContinental Club identifies and checks every client under UAE anti-money-laundering rules, whoever introduced them. We may decline a client or a transaction.\n\n### Property advertising stays with us\n\nSpecific properties are advertised only by Continental Club under Dubai Land Department advertising permits (Trakheesi). Partners do not publish our listings, prices or payment plans as their own adverts. A partner promoting services on social media for payment is responsible for any permits required by UAE media rules.\n\n### Some people are not eligible\n\nEmployees of Continental Club, and employees of the developer, seller, bank or another party acting in the same transaction, are not eligible for the reward. Public officials acting in connection with their duties are not eligible. Licensed brokers use Form I rather than the introducer reward.\n\n### Partners handle their own tax duties\n\nThe partner is responsible for their own tax registration and obligations. VAT-registered partners invoice in line with UAE VAT rules.\n\n### A reward depends on completion\n\nWe do not promise any income: a reward is paid only if a transaction completes. We do not promise property price growth or rental returns.\n\n## Who can join\n\n### Who it suits\n\n- Private individuals who are not licensed real estate brokers\n- Companies that are not licensed real estate brokerages\n- Relocation and immigration advisers\n- Wealth managers, family offices, lawyers and accountants\n- Banks, concierge services and community or business networks\n- Past clients of Continental Club\n\n### Who cannot receive the reward\n\n- Continental Club employees\n- Employees of the developer, seller, bank or another party in the same transaction\n- Public officials in connection with their duties\n- Licensed brokers — they use Form I instead\n\n## Why work with Continental Club\n\n### A checkable Dubai brokerage licence\n\nContinental Club holds ORN 31933. You can check this office registration number in the DLD public register of licensed brokerage offices.\n\n### Introductions confirmed in writing\n\nThe partner agreement is written, and we provide written confirmation of each introduction. This records how the introduction was received.\n\n### Licensed support through the transaction\n\nOur licensed brokers handle resale and off-plan property work from selection through registration. We work with clients in English and Russian.\n\n### Registry data on project pages\n\nOur project pages show construction progress and registry status from Dubai Land Department data. This gives clients registry facts alongside developer brochures.\n\n## Partner Programme questions\n\n**Who can become a Continental Club partner?**\n\nPrivate individuals and companies that are not licensed real estate brokers can apply to refer a property buyer. Licensed brokerages and brokers can work with Continental Club through co-broking and Form I.\n\n**How much is the referral fee?**\n\nThe referral fee is 30% of the commission Continental Club earns on a completed transaction, for both resale and off-plan. The rate is fixed in the written partner agreement before the first introduction.\n\n**When and how is the referral commission paid?**\n\nContinental Club pays the referral commission within 10 days after the transaction completes and our own commission is received on our account in full. Payment is by bank transfer to the account in the partner's or partner company's name stated in the agreement, with no cash payments.\n\n**Do I need a real estate licence to refer a property buyer?**\n\nNo, an introducer does not need a real estate licence, provided they only make the introduction. Continental Club's licensed brokers carry out all brokerage work.\n\n**What can a partner do and not do?**\n\nA partner may introduce a consenting buyer to Continental Club. A partner may not show properties, negotiate, accept client money or documents, or sign anything on our behalf; those tasks are done by our licensed brokers.\n\n**How do I know the client came from me, and what if they already work with you?**\n\nContinental Club confirms each introduction in writing after you provide a client's details with their consent. If the client is already working with us, we tell you at that moment.\n\n**Do I need the client's consent before sharing their details?**\n\nYes. You may pass a client's contact details to Continental Club only with that client's consent, in line with UAE personal data protection law.\n\n**How does commission work for licensed brokers?**\n\nFor co-broking, each brokerage receives 100% of the commission from its own client. If only one party pays commission, the split is agreed in writing in Form I.\n\n**Can I advertise Continental Club properties?**\n\nNo. Specific properties are advertised only by Continental Club under Dubai Land Department advertising permits (Trakheesi), and partners do not publish our listings, prices or payment plans as their own adverts.\n\n**Is joining free and are there minimum obligations?**\n\nJoining the introducer route is free and there is no minimum number of introductions. The written partner agreement sets the terms that apply when you make an introduction.\n\n**What about taxes and VAT on a referral fee?**\n\nYou are responsible for your own tax registration and obligations. VAT-registered partners invoice in line with UAE VAT rules.\n\n## Apply to work with us\n\nTell us about your role and how you would like to work with Continental Club.\n\nBy sending this form, you agree that Continental Club processes your data to reply and to prepare a partner agreement. Do not send us any client's details through this form; introductions are made after the agreement.\n\nThis page describes the Partner Programme in general terms and is not an offer. Terms apply only under a signed written agreement with CONTINENTAL CLUB PROPERTY L.L.C., ORN 31933, Office 410-04, Pinnacle Building, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, UAE.",
