How to change DLD data
How to change the phone number or mail in DLD (Dubai Land Department)
Please note that to update the data of the property owner, the owner must send a request by e-mail (customercare@altaresh.net) as follows (sending an email is allowed only to owners and their official holders of the power of attorney):
A copy of the Emirates identity card on both sides for the resident or a copy of the passport for the non-resident (a clear scanned copy);
Confirming your identity with a photo of your Emirates ID card or passport (selfie) on you;
A copy of the certificate of ownership;
Email address of the owner
Owner's mobile phone number (for a resident "UAE number is required" / for a non-resident "mobile phone number abroad")
Fees 20 UAE dirhams + VAT (for customers who came without an appointment) You can pay the fee online (we will send you a link to pay), but it will cost you 30 UAE dirhams Online service + payment gateway. Additional 0.8% for local transfer and 2.5% for international transfer (Total for local payment (52.92 UAE dirhams) Total for international payment (53.82 UAE dirhams). Or you can personally visit the office with the original identity card to update and pay the fee without paying the gateway.
Note: In case of a request to change the owner's name or citizenship, please attach the Emirates ID (old and new) (if any) / new passport and old passport in addition to the letter from the embassy certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the UAE.
