## Frequently asked questions

### Can I use these datasets commercially?

Yes. Everything on this page is published under CC BY 4.0: use it, copy it and build on it, including commercially, as long as you credit Continental Club Property and link the page you used.

### Where do the figures come from?

From Dubai Land Department open data: registered sales and rental contracts and the Mashrooi project register. We re-import the registry daily; the registry itself lags real events by one to three days.

### How often is each dataset updated?

The weekly index gets a new row each week, the weekly report and the project construction database are refreshed daily, the project feed and the page mirrors are rebuilt every night. The last column of each table shows the current state.

### Why do your numbers differ from other portals?

Different filters. We count registered sales of units and villas between AED 100,000 and 1 billion, exclude mortgages and gifts, and use medians rather than averages. The methodology page spells every rule out.

### Is there data for a single building?

Yes. Every project card has a .json mirror with its registered transactions and construction history, and the project feed contains all cards in one file.
